MAutoStencilXFlip On/Off ; Auto X-Flip for Bitmap's stencil

Sets Mildred's autostencilXFlip setting On or Off. If On, any X (horizontal) flip
operations performed on a chunky Bitmap will also be performed on the Bitmap's
stencil.
